SHUN is a very smooth tea with floral and sweet Muscat scent. Its distinctive aroma, which is not found in other Hojicha(roasted stem tea), reduces your stress and calms you. It is also suitable to drink before sleeping, during your break time at work, or after yoga.

A distinctive sweet aroma component contained in high-quality Oolong tea such as Oriental Beauty and black tea.

Shinbei Hayashiya, a tea house owner in Kanazawa, Ishikawa created the stem tea
by roasting the stem part of the tea plant in 1902.
It was produced as Roasted stem tea with a reasonable price,
and soon it spread from Kanazawa to Kaga area.
Now Boucha stem tea represents tea in Ishikawa.
As an ingredient,
we selected the stem part of Tencha
(an ingredient of Matcha).
